1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vorksy Talent Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Vorksy Talent Solutions provides:

• Temporary and permanent staffing placement services
• Payroll administration and HR support
• Compliance and credentialing services
• Workforce consulting and planning

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Maintain a safe work environment for placed employees
• Report work hours accurately and timely
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable employment laws

4. Employee Responsibilities

Employees agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit timesheets accurately and on time
• Follow client workplace policies and procedures
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Report workplace incidents or concerns promptly

5. Payment Terms

For Clients:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• Services may be suspended for accounts over 60 days past due

For Employees:

• Payroll is processed bi-weekly or as agreed
• Direct deposit is the standard payment method
• Pay stubs are available through the employee portal

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Vorksy reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or violation of applicable laws.

7. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business information disclosed during the course of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vorksy Talent Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorksy Talent Solutions from claims arising from workplace injuries, discrimination, harassment, or other employment-related matters occurring at client facilities.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Modifications

Vorksy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
